How can I find my nearest point of sale?
If you do not know the point of sale where you can buy any of our products in your area, you can contact us through the contact form on our website or through the POINTS OF SALE menu.
What happens if the point of sale does not have stock of the product in which I am interested?
No problem. Once the point of sale has consulted the availability in our central warehouse, you can pick up your product at the point of sale between 24 and 48h.
What type of guarantee do your products offer?
We offer a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects in all our products.
What should I do if a Levior product has a problem within the warranty period?
You must go to the point of sale where you purchased the product along with the ticket or purchase invoice and if it is not possible to resolve the problem on site, the point of sale will send us your product along with proof of purchase. Once we have managed and resolved your problem, we will proceed with the return of the product to the point of sale so that it can contact you.
How long is a guarantee case resolved?
Depending on the nature of the problem and once we have received the product through the point of sale where it was purchased along with the ticket or invoice of purchase in our central offices, the approximate term of resolution will be between 10 and 15 days.
